Morning Everyone & welcome to our first week of Daisy's Image Inspirations. Every other Wednesday I will be popping in with Daisy & the DT & showing you some fab ways of using your Daisy Doodles images. Each time we feature a Daisy Doodle's image you will be able to purchase that image at a reduced cost (or free) so make sure you check back each time. This week as a special treat Miss Daisy has decided to give you her gorgeous Poppy image for free :-)

We need your help!!

Morning everyone, me again :)

As TT has had to go on the back burner for the foreseeable future, we are going to be running something different.

It will take place on a Wednesday (alternate week to challenges)

What it will involve is, the girls will be given a certain image to work with and their cards will be displayed.

The image that they have used will then be available in store at a discount price, sometimes free, until the next one goes up.

But, we need your help!

We need a name for this event and hoped that you all may be able to help us out.

Dust off those thinking caps as the winning name will win $10 worth of goodies from the store :)

These are the requirements:

You must be eager and willing to participate with the DT on a daily basis.

Commit to a 3 month contract, produce one project per week and comment on challenge entries.

Must have an active blog and post your creation to your blog weekly, along with a link to DD's store.

Participate in and promote special events sponsored by the store such as blog hops,

contests and sales.

Actively promote DD on your blog and in other places where possible.

Introducing Lawren from Ahobby-Holic

Hello everyone, my name is Lawren Fowlkes. I live in Central Florida, land of Mickey Mouse and it is hot, hot, hot here right now.
I have been crafting for a long time. My first craft was sewing, my mother taught me at a young age and I have been sewing ever since. I eventually got into scrapbooking and that seemed to take over my hobbies.
I have one daughter who is usually the subject of most of my scrapbooking. I have been scrapbooking about 10 years and card making for about 4 years. In addition to my paper crafts I also, crochet, knit, read fiction books and hoard paper crafting supplies.

Before we get to the new Challenge we have some news.

Daisy Doodles is proud to announce two new design team members.

Stephanie Landon has been helping Daisy Doodles for months and has finally decided

to make herself a more permanent member here at the challenge blog.

Her blog is Crafty Teacher and she is one fantastic crafter!

She can use paper to create and alter anything that she gets her hands on.

Some of you may remember that

Stephanie was our guest designer for Tableau Tuesdays in August.

My name is Stephanie Landon. My husband Steve and I live in Ohio. I grew up in Erie, Pennsylvania. We have 2 dogs (Brittany and Buster) and 3 cats (Maxine, Midnight and Simon). I just completed my 9th year of teaching. I have always loved to craft. I started scrap booking after getting married. In the last couple of years I discovered card making, stamping and digital stamps. I also enjoy cross stitching and knitting.
I am very excited to be Guest Designing for Daisy Doodles this month.

Welcome Stephanie, and thank you for helping the Daisy Girls by

making cards and altering objects since May!

Amanda Cruxton aka Made by Mandy is our Guest Designer for the Month of September

and she, too, has graciously joined the Daisy Doodles Creative Challenge Blog.

Her photo and bio were posted just weeks ago, but let's introduce Mandy to you here, once again.

My name is Amanda Cruxton although I am known as Mandy or Made by Mandy in the crafty community. I am 39 years young and feel so lucky to be able to still love colouring in after all these years :) I have been with my husband for 22 years.

I have been crafty ever since I could use children’s safety scissors! I have dabbled in quilting, dressmaking, crochet, knitting, embroidery, cross stitch and since November 2002 pretty much exclusively cardmaking after seeing a demo at the NEC. I have been blogging my cards since May of 2007. I love taking part in the challenges and the blogosphere is a constant source of inspiration.

My signature style is bright and colourful. I like to make unusual cards and adore using pretty papers. I’ve never been happy with the stamped images I produce so digi stamps have been an amazing way of improving my cardmaking skills. I love the flexibility of resizing and combining images. I can also experiment with different styles of images that I wouldn’t have purchased as a rubber stamp.

The end of July is upon us here at Tableau Tuesdays. AND I have some bad news. Liz Gorka is under the weather and unable to get a card done for today. The good news is her Mom, Cheryl has created a fabulous

knickerbocker glory from the Daisy Doodles set of the same name. Always available at the DD store under the theme of Summer. Cheryl, this sundae looks delicious!!! My name is Sammi and I'm a card maker and self professed punch fanatic! I also love, love, love paper! I live in Ohio with my hubby and spoiled little doggie. I'm a nurse and work with individuals who have Alzheimer's diseases and dementia, so papercrafting is my stress reliever. I've been stamping in one form or another since I was in my teens, but just discovered digital stamps and papers a couple years ago and love them! I enjoy trying new things and finding new ways to express my creative side. I feel so honored to be joining Daisy's Doodles as the June guest designer for Daisy's Doodles, and working with such a wonderful team.

She took 'Lil Honey' and the matching papers to create this most wonderful wrap for the inside of her

thermal cup. This is truly a creative genius!!!

I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (most part of the year) and I'm an Accountant/IT consultant who is taking life easy, working part-time at the moment. Eleven years ago when I went to Kentucky for work, I met a Stampin' Up lady who introduced me to the world of stamping and card making. It's like my whole world was transformed! I am absolutely thrilled to meet so many crafting friends online who share the same passion. I think my card making style is pretty simple, and I enjoy colouring a lot. Our theme for this challenge #33 is

**COLOR FUN**

Our colors are pink, blue, green with a brown or kraft.

Pick one or more colors and get a little neutral with brown or kraft in there.

Nikki chose Doodle Bug for her image and incorporated all the colors and kraft paper.

It takes no gas and lasts a lifetime. So easy to re-paint when the urge strikes, too!

Tableau Tuesday and NikkiByrne

We have a volunteer to be a Guest Designer!

NikkiByrne has the number ONE spot.

She will be DD's first Guest Designer of Tableau Tuesdays.

She will grab our attention and show off her style right here at Daisy Doodles

Starting May 9th.

To be sure that every one sees her creations we are asking Nikki to

create not only two Daisy Doodles Challenges,

but we have something special in mind on Tuesdays!

The weeks that some in between the Creative challenges are Free weeks

for the Design team. The DT makes cards but we haven't posted them until now!

Our Tuesdays are going to be Tableau Tuesdays and Nikki will be featured in two in May.

Without further ado, I would like to introduce... NikkiByrne

I am a mother of 2, Theo 6 and Jake 19 months. i am on an
elongated maternity leave! and still haven't gone back to work and am
relying on my very supportive husband to support my very expensive
hobby!. I have been crafting for years, but gave it up when my
youngest was 6 months as my husband and I moved into a school as
boarding parents. I then restarted casually about 4 years ago and
since my youngest was born I have been entering challenges as often as
I can. I am now on 2 design teams. One stitch at a time. And
Gingerloft. I will also be guest designing at Kenny K's Krafty girlz
challenge at the end of May. I love to craft and make anything
really, as it keeps me sane with only a 19month old in the house all
day for company and a husband who is always working until gone 10 at
night! although I love him to bits it does get a bit lonely in the

Our current challenge May Flowers runs from April 25th through Sunday, May 2nd at 7PM.

Hope that those of you that celebrate Easter had a wonderful happy day on Sunday!

We hid eggs for the children, of course, had eggs in a breakfast casserole, ate deviled eggs,

My name is Jacqueline. I work full-time in the engineering field and my crafting is my escape. I have taken over one of the spare rooms and transformed it into my craft room. I love to add to my blog and make handmade cards and paper crafts. I have been making cards and such since 2007 – it all started with a birthday gift and a crop class. I have just starting using digi stamps and well guess I’m hooked. My favourite crafting tool is my cricut. I am really excited to be a part of this design team.

Now for the Challenge .... We want to see "GREEN". With St. Patrick's Day coming up this is the perfect time to use Green. It doesn't have to be a St. Patty's project ... you can do whatever your heart desires as long as it is mostly "GREEN". Remember you must use a Daisy Doodles image.
